The Olympic College International Education & Study Abroad Program values the cultural diversity that is broadened by our international students. On Wednesday, January 29, 2025, the International Education Program, in collaboration with the Multicultural Center, hosted the 2025 Lunar New Year Celebration event. This event also marks the Tet holiday, which is celebrated by our student body from Vietnam.
Students enjoyed the games of chance at the Vietnam station.
During our celebration, all students were invited to enjoy the cultural experiences and traditions of this auspicious holiday as presented by the international students. There were four games, fortune-telling, and Asian food offered to visitors. For the international students from China, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, it was a special opportunity to share their culture. We share this information and photos from this event on this blog for you to share with students, parents, and friends.
