Olympic College is proud to announce that international students have a simpler way to pay for registration fees and other fees online. There are two options to find the Payment Page for Olympic College.

Option 1) Visit the PayMyTuition web site (https://www.paymytuition)

Click on the "Make A Payment" button at the top of the page.

Type "Olympic College" in the Search Bar.

Click on the magnifying glass (search button) and it will display the button for Olympic College payment center below the search bar. Click on the Olympic College button to go to the right page.

Option 2) Click on the Direct Link to https://payment.paymytuition.com/paynow/olympic.

You will go directly to this page when you type the URL https://payment.paymytuition.com/paynow/olympic.

In the (1) Payment Information Section:

You will be asked to select your Country and type the amount you want to pay. If you don't know how much the fee is that you want to pay, see the Payment Information (Fee) Menu below. Currently, you will only be able to select and pay for one fee at a time. Once you select a Country, you will see the following Payment Options below.

You will be able to choose your Payment Option. Select a Payment Option and then click on the "Next" button to go to the Payer Information section.

In the (2) Payer Information section:

This section collects your information, as the Payer. You will need to select if you are the Student or Someone Else paying for the student.

You will need to enter your information as the Payer. Choose your Identification Type and then you need to upload a photo or scan of your identification.

Identification Number refers to ID for the type of ID you selected. For example, if you selected Passport, the Identification Number is your Passport ID Number.

Optional: Select the first checkbox if you want to receive promotional e-mails from PayMyTuition.

Required: Select the second checkbox to agree with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This is required to go to the next section (Student Information).

In the (3) Student Information section:

You will be asked for your Student ID. You can enter your ctcLink number that Olympic College provides after you register to be a student. If you don't have a ctcLink number yet, enter 000000.

You will be asked for your Payment Information. You will choose the fee from the Payment Information (Fee) Menu, so Olympic College will know what you are paying for.

These fees that you can pay include:

• Activity Fee (for Residence Hall) - USD $50 per quarter
• Bedding Set (for Residence Hall) - USD $150
• Cancellation Fee - USD $200
• DHL Fee - USD $
• Health Insurance Fee - USD $1,980 ($495 x 4 quarters)
• Housing Application Fee (For Homestay or Residence Hall, includes Airport Pickup) - USD $325
• International Student Application Fee (for Student Registration) - USD $50
• Miscellaneous International Student Fee - USD $
• Miscellaneous Residence Hall Fee (lost keys, storage, etc.) - USD $
• Residence Hall Deposit - USD $200
• Tuition and Class/Student Fees - USD $

In the (4) Confirm & Pay section:

You will be shown all of the details of your transaction, so you can verify it. If something is incorrect and you need to make a change (edit), click on the "PREVIOUS" button. If all of the information is correct, click on the "CONFIRM" button go to the Payment Status page.

In the (5) Payment Status section:

Your Payment information will be displayed in order to confirm before you pay. If you have a Registered PayMyTuition account, you can click on the "Add Payment" button. This is usually not for Students or Parents. If you don't have a Registered PayMyTuition account, click on the "Pay Now" button to go to the MTFX USA online payment page.

MTFX USA Payment Page:

Use the MTFX Payment page to make your payment instantly. Depending on what payment option you selected in the form, you will be asked for credit card number, PayPal account information, or bank account wiring information. After you make the payment, you will receive a receipt.
