Airport Pickup at SeaTac International Airport (SEA)

  

Olympic College offers Airport Pickup service for international students. An employee of Olympic College working in the International Education Office will be at the airport to pick up the student. Students should not have more than two check in baggage. When the student arrives, they should go to baggage claim, go through passport control and then walk to the International Arrivals area to find the Olympic College employee. They will have a sign with the student's name on it. If the student arrives early, they can sit in the International Arrivals area, as there are seats on the right side.

Special Note: Before your flight leaves to fly to Sea-Tac International Airport, students should contact the Olympic College employee who will pick them up to let them know if the flight left on time or if it left late (and how late it left). Students should have the contact information in advance of the employee who is picking them up. When the student arrives at SeaTac International Airport, they can log in to the free Airport WiFi. Then, they can contact the Olympic College employee to let him or her know that the student has arrived.

Here is a photo and video presentation of the route you will take to get to the International Arrivals area after you arrive at the SeaTac International Airport.

1) After you depart the airplane, you will be guided to the International Baggage Claim area to pick up your luggage. Get a luggage cart and go to the assigned Baggage Claim Carousel. After you pick up your luggage, go to the Passport Control area to show your passport.

2) After you go through the Passport Control, you will walk down a hallway to a place where it provides two hallways to choose from. Stay on the left side, choosing "Ground Transportation Exit To Seattle" option.

3) Walk down a long hallway and you will see doorways that open up to the very large International Arrivals area.

4) When you walk through the doors, you will see the large International Arrivals area. There will be historic airplanes hanging from the ceiling. Look for the Olympic College employee holding a sign with your name on it.

5) If you arrive before the Olympic College employee, please sit in one of the chairs on the right side of the International Arrivals area. You can see the seating area in the right side of the photo above.
