International Student Application Instructions
OC International Online Application Form | How To Apply @ OC Web Page
This tutorial provides instructions on how international students should apply for admission into Olympic College. Before you fill out the International Application Form, you should be familiar with all of the steps of applying to be an international student at Olympic College. You can learn all of the steps on the "How To Apply" web page.
- $50 international student application fee payable on our PayMyTuition payment page https://payment.paymytuition.com/paynow/olympic. (Enter 0000 for student ID)
- Copy of passport
- We will need a current bank statement (not older than 3 months old) from a parent or financial sponsor. It must show an ending balance of at least $23,318.
- We need an Affidavit of Support filled out by a parent or financial sponsor. https://www.olympic.edu/document/international-affidavit-support/view
- We will need an English proficiency test score. Students can take the Accuplacer English Test or the Duolingo English Test (https://englishtest.duolingo.com/applicants). Or one of our other qualifying English proficiency tests. We highly recommend the Duolingo English Test, because it can be completed at home in about an hour, and the Accuplacer can take 4-5 hours. A Duolingo score of 101+ will allow the student to take English 101 and other college courses.
- High school transcript
- Online Housing Application (https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/7d5127e4ec8c42cc8bd57d0559315906) to make sure the student is in line for the Residence Hall or Homestay. We will need to know the housing preference.
SPECIAL NOTE ON PAYMENTS: We no longer collect fees using the Payment Authorization Form. Olympic College can collect all fees for international students using the PayMyTuition online payment platform.
